This film uses the metaphor of waves to illustrate women's experiences in overcoming depression. Inspired by my family and the ocean, it reflects on the strength found in moments of struggle. Many women in my family faced times when they felt they couldn't continue, leading me to define strength as the ability to reflect on the past while moving forward. Their stories reveal emotional dynamics of despair, yet they all found the strength to reclaim their lives. This film serves as a tribute and a reminder that we all have the power to persevere, just like waves.
